MR2 Manual Load Router

Vacuum Options

Option #1

Lower Velocity Vacuum (BV) – Commercial Grade Equipment
99 CFM @ 88 in H2O
Recommended Application: Top Vacuum

This basic vacuum option is low cost and does a good job as the top vacuum source. It is not recommended for bottom vacuum unless the router system is configured with both top and bottom vacuum units.

It is a commercial grade product which means it has good reliability.

Optional external vacuum generation units require a separate power drop for safety. A 24V control wire connects the vacuum unit and router.

Power requirement: 120VAC, 1Phase, 7A

Option #2

High Velocity Vacuum (MHV) – Commercial Grade Equipment
295 CFM @ 83 in H2O
Recommended application: Top or Bottom Vacuum

This is a good choice for either top or bottom vacuum. It is very low cost for the output it generates. Works well for bottom vacuum only or for top and bottom for dual vacuum configurations.

Note: For dual vacuum applications, separate vacuum generation units are recommended.

Option #3

High Velocity Vacuum (HVV) – Industrial Grade Equipment
150 CFM @ 105 in H2O

This is a good choice for either top or bottom vacuum. It is an industrial grade product, so it is not low cost, but it is very reliable and has a long duty cycle. Works well for bottom vacuum only or for top and bottom dual vacuum configurations.
